At ēma fragrance, we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 24 hours, so you won't have to wait long for your favorite scents to arrive. Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and currently, we ship within the US only.
We're excited to announce that we'll be expanding our shipping to other countries soon! If you'd like to be notified when ēma fragrance becomes available in your country, please write to us at help@emafragrance.com or sign up for updates on our website.

Returns
We want you to be delighted with your ēma fragrance purchase! However, due to the personal nature of this product, we can't accept returns once the product has been opened or used. If you have any concerns, please let us know within 10 business days of receiving your order. For unopened products, you have 30 days from the purchase date to make a return. Please note that return shipping costs are not prepaid, so you'll need to cover those.
